    This form creates one support request. It does not upload logs or files, and it never retries automatically.

    This form does not verify that you own this address.

    Do not paste passwords, access tokens, private keys, credential links, local file paths, or sensitive documents. Attachments are not accepted.

    Delete Your Account

    Permanent Account Deletion

    You can delete your account from within the app by going to Settings → Delete Account.

    This will permanently delete:

    • Your account and profile
    • All messages you've created
    • All media (photos, videos, and voice recordings)
    • Your trusted contacts
    • All recipient information

    This action cannot be undone and your data cannot be recovered after deletion.

    If you can't access the app, contact support@brandjetmedia.com for account deletion assistance.

    Response times are typically within 24-48 hours.
    For urgent matters regarding message delivery, please include "URGENT" in your subject line.
